An exciting teaching opportunity awaits at a welcoming and supportive school in Romford. They are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 1 Teachers to join their team.Â
Day-to-day of the role:- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Assess, track, and monitor pupil progress, ensuring all children reach their full potential.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and well-being.
- Set high expectations for behaviour and achievement, following the school’s policies.
- Encourage a growth mindset and a love for learning in your pupils.
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support children’s development.
- Engage in CPD opportunities and contribute to the wider school community.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching Year 1 or similar primary education levels.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- For leadership roles: Experience in leading a team or curriculum area is desirable.
- A friendly and dynamic teaching team.
