An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Hire Controller to join our client at their established site.
The role involves answering queries, providing accurate paperwork information, and supporting external sales staff.

The position requires achieving deadlines and KPIs while ensuring consistent levels of customer service.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 5.00pm, with a competitive salary offered.

Reporting to the depot manager you will be responsible for:

Answering and dealing with queries
Providing accurate information on all paperwork
Supporting external sales staff
Contributing to hire and sales revenue growth
Achieving deadlines and KPIs
Ensuring consistent levels of customer service

The ideal candidate will be working as part of a team to maximise all revenue opportunities and preferably have a background in a similar industry.

Hours Monday 7.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday
