My client are a very successful, family owned, regional main contractor, with an excellent reputation for looking after and retaining their staff for many years, offering good packages - base salary, bonus, car allowance and employee friendly benefits.
They are currently seeking a 'permanent' Project Manager or Senior Site Manager to work on projects around the A12 Corridor region (London Borders to Witham)
Projects will be in the 0.5m-15m range in diverse sectors including:
Colleges, schools frameworks, hospitals, hotels, care homes, leisure, industrial, and commercial projects.
They are seeking a good, experienced, stable Project Manager or Senior Site Manager to join their team who has worked on similar past projects i.e. not housing- and importantly, somebody who lives within within the London border/Essexregion as there are keen to keep employees within a reasonable commute of their projects.
The salary will be very competitive depending on experience (they do not wish to stipulate an exact figure but it will confidently reflect level and experience).
The ideal applicant must have recognised industry qualifications can present a stable career history (politely, not a history of temp/contract work) and must have the permanent right to work in the UK.
