Salary & Package: Dependant on Experience but c.((£60,000 - £80,000)) + Car Allowance + Travel expenses + Private Healthcare + Progression + Perks
A very well-established medium-sized contractor, recognised in the London market, is seeking a Senior Buyer due to a flurry of newly secured projects. The company specialises in:

Residential new builds

RC frame developments
-
Social housing and re-cladding works
Key Responsibilities:

Procuring materials and subcontract packages for live sites

Negotiating with suppliers to secure best value
-
Managing procurement budgets and reporting
-
Ensuring timely delivery aligned with project programmes

Working closely with site teams and commercial staff
-
Maintaining supplier relationships and sourcing new vendors
Candidate Requirements:
-
Experience in a similar Senior Buyer role within construction
-
Strong knowledge of residential, RC frame, and social housing schemes
-
Proven negotiation and cost control skills
-
Organised, proactive, and commercially focused

Familiar with procurement software and Microsoft Office
