Our client are aMain Contractor specialising in all forms of Roofing, External and Internal Refurbishment.

The Role - Quantity Surveyor

Liaise with the Estimating Department to receive full contract documentation
Procurement of sub contract works
Prepare and agree subcontract final accounts
Fully monitor all costs for the project including preliminaries, design fees, utility fees, subcontract and materials
Value and agree payment in respect of variations.
Attend regular internal/external project meetings.
