Description

  • Assisting in the management of all costs related to construction projects.
  • Ensuring that the construction project is completed within its projected budget.
  • Preparing tender and contract documents.
  • Performing risk and value management and cost control.
  • Advising on procurement strategy and assisting in establishing a client's requirements.
  • Allocating work to subcontractors and overseeing their work at all stages of the construction.
  • Preparing and analysing costings for tenders.
  • Providing insight on legal and contractual issues.

Profile

A successful Quantity Surveyor should have:
