Job Role:Quantity Surveyor Social Housing Planned Works
Location:Hybrid - East London & Site Visits
Salary:£50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance & Benefits

Join a leading principal contractor delivering planned investment works in the social housing sector. Youll play a key role in managing costs, maximizing value, and ensuring the commercial success of planned refurbishmentprojects, particularlyresidential buildings.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Cost Management Prepare CVRs, valuations, and reports to optimize financial performance.
- Subcontractor & Tender Strategies Oversee procurement, contracts, and maximize value recovery.
- Final Accounts & Cash Flow Work with the Commercial Manager to close accounts and enhance cash flow.
- Project & Stakeholder Management Collaborate with teams, clients, and suppliers to drive success.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in commercial roles withinsocial housing planned works.
- Strong financial acumen with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of contract management, cost control, and tender strategies.
