Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial property Agent to join our well established independent client in Collier Row. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating commercial property transactions, managing client relationships, and providing expert advice on commercial properties. If you have a passion for commercial property and a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: -

  • - Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties
  • . - Conduct market research to identify potential properties and investment opportunities.
  • - Prepare and present property listings, proposals, and market analyses.
  • - Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.
  • - Maintain an extensive network of contacts in the commercial property industry.
  • - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the transaction process.
  • - Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local zoning regulations.
  • - Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including appraisers, mortgage brokers, and inspectors.
  • - Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand professional connections.

Qualifications: .- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, RICS or APC would be beneficial - Proven experience in commercial Property sales or lettings - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. - Proficient in real Commercial property software and CRM systems. - Knowledge of local markets and trends Benefits: - Competitive commission structure. and a basic salary up to £32.000pa car allowance.
