Duties/Functions of the role:
- Welcome and register new applicants to the branch.
- Arrange and conduct viewings-show off some of the best properties in Romford!
- Generate and attend valuations, bringing them through to instruction.
- Present and negotiate offers, ensuring the best deals for everyone involved.
- Manage sales progression paperwork and build strong relationships with clients.
Requirements of the role:
- 24+ months in the property industry with a proven track record in business development.
- A full UK Driving Licence
- Proficient knowledge of the local area
- Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
