The role will suit a dynamic, hungry and detailed individual who would be able to spot potential deals from searching through various local authorities that may have land parcels that could come to fruition within the next 5 - 10 years.

The successful candidate could come from a land promotion, agency, consultancy or developer background but the main core experience required is knowing what strategic land site will come to fruition in the next 5 - 10 years.
