Trainee Estate Agent - Market leader in Romford

*Essentials - Driving licence, own car and sales experience *

OTE up to £35,000 - Basic salary up to £20,000

Generous Commission Structure + £120 car allowance per month

Salary guarantee can be offered for the right candidate

5 day working week

Monday - Friday 8:40 - 18:00 (1 weekday off a week)

Saturday 8:40 - 17:00

No Sundays

Trainee Estate Agent - duties

• Speak to clients both over the telephone and in person
• Chasing leads and keeping in contact with applicants/clients
• Book in & conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers & agree sales
• Carry out basic administration
• Generate and book in valuations

Trainee Estate Agent - Skills & experience

• Sales experience is essential
• Able to demonstrate good customer service skills
• Work as part of a team
• Positive, organised and reliable
