My client is looking for a number of Property Inspections Consultants to join their team, they are a lovely team and looking for someone who want to join that. Ideal candidate will have some Estate agency/ Property/ Lettings experience.

Duties:

  • Visiting properties to undertake various tasks
  • Ensure they remain in good condition, produce reports to evidence and dispatch to the relevant landlord.
  • Compile detailed reports which record the overall condition
  • Re-visiting the properties midway through an active tenancy
  • Inspecting the property prior to the end of a tenancy to produce a 'check out’ report
  • At the end of a tenancy mediate between landlord and tenants
  • Where issues are evident at the end of a tenancy, but the landlord and tenants fail to agree on a mutually acceptable compromise
  • Prepare all relevant paperwork and sends this to an independent adjudicator
