- Candidate Sourcing and Management:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Provide career advice and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer negotiation and placement.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for placed candidates.
- Market Research and Networking:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to expand your professional network.
- Administration and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients, candidates, and recruitment activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, targets, and achievements.
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role within the recruitment industry.
- Strong business development and client management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
