Axiom Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant based in Romford Essex.
You will be identifying and developing opportunities in a pro-active sales environment, showing strong negotiation skills to meet clients and candidates needs effectively through:
- Candidate attraction and registration

- A full UK driving licence

Axiom Personnel are looking for someone who has recruitment industry experience, ideally placements of manufacturing or industrial staff, although candidates from all sectors will be considered.
Experience within the "food processing"/"packing sector" would be especially advantageous - Axiom Personnel holds a current gangmasters licence, this is a sector that has huge potential.
Office hours are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary: (phone number removed) plus commissions & bonuses (40k OTE, first year)
