Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing business, with a focus on winning and developing strategic accounts and relationships.
  • Effectively building andmanaging a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities.
  • Fully managing own diary, meetings and sales activity with full autonomy.
  • Owning the full sales cycle, from lead gen, proposal, close, and account management.
  • Managing internal and external relationships, including Suppliers.
  • Ensuring retention and growth of existing business.

Experience & Skills needed:

  • Proven business development experience, ideally within waste management or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A proactive sales approach.
  • Excellent negotiating and relationship building skills.
  • Able to work from full autonomy, and manage own diary.

  • Basic salary 45k negotiable.
