Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver well-structured lessons suited to the diverse abilities of students and the curriculum.
  • Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage all learners.
  • Cultivate enthusiasm for history and motivate students to achieve their best.
  • Provide effective feedback to enhance learning and adapt teaching strategies when necessary.
  • Analyse historical data to draw conclusions and guide decisions.
  • Organise and maintain collections of historical documents and artefacts, ensuring their preservation and accessibility.
  • Develop educational and outreach programs to engage students and the community in the significance of history and the preservation of historical records.
