Title: Fire and Security Small Works Manager
Location of Works: Essex
The Company: Highly accredited Fire and Security company who deal with the installation, service and maintenance of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarms.
As a Fire and Security Small Works Manager your package could look like:
- Basic salary of up to £50,000
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

As a Fire and Security Small Works Manager your main responsibilities will be:
- Managing the Small Works department
- Completing method statements and risk assessments
- Ensuring relevant documents are fully completed on time and in line with company regs
- Completing instructions, work reports, expense claims, service reports and time sheets
- Enforce company policy and best practice
- Maintaining high quality customer service
As a Fire and Security Small Works Manager your knowledge and experience will be:
- Experience in the installation and service of fire and security systems
- Experience working on both conventional and addressable fire alarm systems
- Competent using MS Office
- FIA’s preferred but not essential
- ECS or CSCS card preferred but not essential
- Experience in a similar role
