Title: Fire and Security Small Works Manager

Location of Works: Essex

The Company: Highly accredited Fire and Security company who deal with the installation, service and maintenance of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarms.

As a Fire and Security Small Works Manager your package could look like:

  • Basic salary of up to £50,000

As a Fire and Security Small Works Manager your main responsibilities will be:

  • Managing the Small Works department
  • Completing method statements and risk assessments
  • Ensuring relevant documents are fully completed on time and in line with company regs
  • Completing instructions, work reports, expense claims, service reports and time sheets
  • Enforce company policy and best practice
  • Maintaining high quality customer service

As a Fire and Security Small Works Manager your knowledge and experience will be:

  • Experience in the installation and service of fire and security systems
  • Experience working on both conventional and addressable fire alarm systems
  • Competent using MS Office
  • FIA’s preferred but not essential
  • ECS or CSCS card preferred but not essential
  • Experience in a similar role
