About the Role: As an A-Level Learning Support Assistant, you will work within an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ secondary school, supporting students on a 1:1 and small-group basis. You’ll be working closely with students with Special Educational Needs, helping them achieve their best in and out of the classroom, focusing on their academic attainment and overall progression. This role requires patience, confidence in behaviour management, and a strong understanding of SEND.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a 1:1 or 2:1 Psychology Degree from a leading UK university
  • Has previous experience working with children, especially in a support role
  • Confident in managing challenging behaviour, creating supportive learning environments, and delivering targeted interventions for students with diverse needs
