Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEMH Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our secondary schools in Romford. Starting in January 2025, you will play a critical role in supporting students, helping them engage positively with their education and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEMH needs.
- Assist teaching staff in creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Implement personalized learning plans and strategies.
- Use de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe and positive atmosphere.
- Foster emotional well-being and resilience in students.
