Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: East London/Essex (Office) & London (Sites)
Salary: 80,000 - 100,000 + Competitive Package (includes car allowance, private medical cover, discretionary bonus, travel expenses, and 22 days' holiday + bank holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee 40 million worth of social housing residential new build and refurbishment projects
  • Manage and support project and site managers, ensuring smooth delivery across all sites
  • Report to the Operations Manager, providing regular updates on project progress, budgets, and timelines
  • Split time between office-based work (30%) and site management (70%)
  • Ensure all projects meet required quality, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control
  • Conduct regular site visits, quality inspections, and safety audits
  • Mentor and develop junior managers, ensuring team performance and growth

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in both new build and refurbishment projects
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing large-scale residential projects
