We are seeking anEmployability Team Leaderto join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in youth work and teaching, who possesses excellent leadership and management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team and managing challenging behaviours effectively.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead and manage a team focused on the employability of young people.
  • Teach and assess young people, ensuring they receive high-quality education and support.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to the program and team operations.
  • Address and manage challenging behaviours in a constructive and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to enhance program outcomes and student experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in youth work.
  • At least 2 years of experience in teaching or assessing young people.
  • A youth qualification at Level 3 or above.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage challenging behaviours effectively.
