We are looking to recruit a Senior Social Worker in the Children's Safeguarding Team within Havering. The successful candidate will be working in a well-structured, organised team who are growing their social worker staffing levels.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable working environment with experienced leadership, whilst receiving regular supervision and training opportunities. The responsibilities of the Senior Social Worker includes:

  • Children in need casework (CIN)
  • Children and families (domestic abuse)
  • Child protection (CP)
  • Progress CIN / CP protection plans
  • Safeguarding children (remain with families)
  • Improve outcomes

To ideal candidate will have:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Social Work qualified (MA/BSc/DipSW/CQSW/MSc/BA)
