Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our vibrant SEN school's in Redbridge, rated Good by OFSTED. Our school caters to students aged 11-19 with a wide range of complex needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and physical disabilities. You will be working in small class sizes, providing tailored support to help each student thrive academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with their individual learning plans in a small, focused classroom setting.
  • Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation and the delivery of engaging, inclusive lessons.
  • Providing personal care and emotional support to students with a range of complex needs.
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other staff to ensure the well-being and progress of each student.
  • Supporting students with developing social skills, independence, and communication abilities.

What We’re Looking For:
