All students have a primary diagnosis of Autism, along with additional complex needs. Many pupils also have significant Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and may display challenging behaviour. The school offers a supportive and nurturing environment where every student is encouraged to achieve their full potential. The Role: This full-time, temporary Teaching Assistant position offers the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team to provide exceptional care and educational support. You will assist students during lessons, lead small group interventions, and provide one-to-one support when required. Strong behaviour management skills and an understanding of supporting mental health needs will be essential in this role.
