Requirements
- Previous experience in schools with SEN students
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one through Randstad - this is essential
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Demonstrate patience, passion, and professionalism.
- Manage children with challenging behaviour.
- Confidence, punctuality and eagerness.
- Effectively manage behaviour and build positive learning relationships with SEN pupils.
Responsibilities
- Team up with teachers to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Be a champion for students with Special Educational Needs, providing tailored assistance.
- Organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
- Assist in crafting imaginative teaching materials to spark curiosity.
- Assist in carrying out educational strategies that are appropriate for each child's learning goals.
- Give children, parents, and caregivers feedback about their development, accomplishments and potential issues as directed by the teaching team.
- Empathetic, caring and compassionate.
