We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating and nurturing a small group of low ability students in an engaging learning environment. This role requires good communication skills and the ability to effectively manage student behaviour

Duties:

  • Support and teach students with SEN needs,
  • Small classroom size, low ability
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the needs of all students,
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive classroom environment,
  • Assess and record student progress to ensure learning objectives are met,
  • Communicate with parents and colleagues regarding student development and progress,
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation,
  • Utilise early childhood education techniques to engage young learners.
  • Weekly PPA is given

Skills:

  • Qualified teacher
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues effectively
  • Ability to educate and inspire students of all abilities
  • Able to start ASAP
