Reed Education is looking for a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a dynamic and inclusive primary school community in Romford. This part-time role is perfect for an educator committed to delivering high-quality education, enhancing learning standards, and creating a nurturing environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum, focusing on RE, PHSE, Citizenship, phonics, and early mathematics.
  • Develop and implement individual education plans for students, especially those with special educational needs, ensuring full inclusion.
  • Assess, record, and report on student progress and attainment.
  • Support the overall progress and well-being of individual students and the class.
  • Provide educational and social guidance to students, including advice on future education and careers.
  • Communicate and collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals.
  • Participate in meetings, staff development, training, and review sessions as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with recent and relevant professional development.
  • Proven teaching experience with diverse socio-economic backgrounds and learning needs.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum management and child development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT and a willingness to integrate technology into teaching.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of student behaviour and achievement.
