Mobile Cleaning Operative- £11.50 Per Hour– Romford / Dagenham/ Upminster area
The Role
Do you have a full clean driving license, a keen eye for detail? Are you happy working independently? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
We are a property maintenance company, looking to appoint a reliable and conscientious mobile cleaning operative to our growing team.
You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of communal areas across various residential blocks of flats. You will drive to different locations in a company-provided vehicle and carry out your cleaning duties to a high standard.
This is a full-time, 40 hours a week position, working either 0700-1500hrs / 0800-1600hrs / 0900-1700hrs. No weekend work is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hoovering or mopping lobbies.
- Hoovering corridors and stairs.
- Dusting all flat surfaces.
- Litter picking external areas.
- Reporting any maintenance issues.

The Person
- MUST BE A DRIVER AND HOLD A FULL CLEAN DRIVING LICENCE.
- FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES MUST BE OVER 25.
- Be smart in appearance.
- Be able to speak Fluent English.
- Be able to use a smart phone and send and receive texts and emails.
- Be able to work unsupervised.
- Have pride in their work.
