3D Visualiser Position Overview

Develop precise and realistic 3D models of architectural designs using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
Work closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and ensure visualisations accurately reflect design concepts
Generate high-quality 3D renderings and animations for presentations, marketing materials, and client reviews
Review client feedback, make necessary adjustments to visualisations, and ensure outputs meet client expectations
Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress, share insights, and plan upcoming tasks
Review visual outputs to ensure they meet the high standards of Thrive Architects and are ready for client presentations

3D Visualiser Position Requirements

Minimum of 1 years' experience in 3D visualisation working in an architectural practice
Ideally experience working on residential projects
Good attention to detail
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Twinmotion and Enscape
Strong understanding of architectural design principles and spatial awareness

3D Visualiser Position Remuneration

Salary ranging from 30,000 to 40,000 (D.O.E.)
Hybrid working (2 days WFH)
21 days holidays + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown
