The opportunity is there to develop and gain wider experience and knowledge, progressing within the technical team.The Role:

  • Primary responsibility will involve translating the design concepts created by architects into detailed technical drawings and specifications that can be used for construction.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure designs meet technical and regulatory standards.
  • Produce comprehensive construction documentation, including detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications.
  • Oversee the technical aspects of projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Present technical information and provide clarification to clients when necessary.
  • Hours of work are Monday to Friday 0830 - 1700 - opportunity for Hybrid working.

The Person:

  • Architectural Technician, Architectural Technologist or Architectural Assistant
  • Proficiency in CAD (Revit cross training provided)
  • Knowledge of M4 (CAT 2 &3)
