A leading architectural practice is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join its dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to high-quality residential and mixed-use developments. The ideal Senior Architectural Technician will have significant experience post qualification and should have excellent technical abilities. You should have previously worked on residential and mixed-use projects and will be comfortable leading a small team. Revit and AutoCAD experience is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

  • HNC/HND in Architectural Technology, or a relevant degree
  • CIAT accredited, or working towards
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Confident working through all RIBA stages
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technology and best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences to create exceptional designs
