A leading architectural practice is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join its dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to high-quality residential and mixed-use developments. The practice prides itself on shaping thriving communities through thoughtful and practical design with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and sustainability
The ideal Senior Architectural Technician will have significant experience post qualification and should have excellent technical abilities. You should have previously worked on residential and mixed-use projects and will be comfortable leading a small team. Revit and AutoCAD experience is essential.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- HNC/HND in Architectural Technology, or a relevant degree
- CIAT accredited, or working towards
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
- Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Confident working through all RIBA stages
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences to create exceptional designs
