Are you a Engineering Team Leader or similar from an industrial background, looking to join one of the UK's largest food businesses, offering a varied role where you will have full responsibility of overseeing and supervising your own team whilst also being provided ongoing training and generous company benefits?

In this role you will be managing a small team of Maintenance Engineers where your overall focus will surround continuous development of the team along with the factory floor. You will plan and execute internal engineering projects whilst overseeing the team through implementing and maintaining best practice.

The Role

  • Looking after a small team of Maintenance Engineers

  • 2 week rota, week 1 Monday - Friday 6am-3:30pm, Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 6:30am - 3:30pm (45 hour week)
