Our client, a reputable entity in the Defence & Security sector, is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join their dynamic team in Romsey. This is a permanent role critical to supporting and enhancing business operations within a team working on mission-critical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with BU Operations Managers and PMOs
  • Supporting ongoing transformation of team functions, including the adoption of new processes and tools
  • Utilising expertise with SAP, IFS, PowerBI, and other resourcing technologies
  • Potentially working with QlikSense for data analysis and reporting
  • Comfortable with data extraction and dashboard usage
  • Blending technical data skills with analytical abilities
Job Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and risk analysis experience
  • Background in professional services, ideally within defence or solutions-based engineering
  • Significant stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Monte Carlo analysis or similar methodologies
  • Understanding of productivity reporting, data architecture, and methodologies
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with financial teams and resource planning managers
Role Allocation:
  • 50% supporting capability around team planning
  • 50% focused on business unit maintenance, further establishment, and scenario planning
