Exciting Opportunity for a Team PA/Coordinator in Romsey!Temp Role - £13/£16 PH (DOE)

Your Key Responsibilities:

Managing diaries and booking international and nationwide travel with precisionPreparing detailed itineraries and ensuring vaccination and testing requirements are on pointRegularly reviewing diaries to maximise time and resourcesCollaborating with internal and external teams to deliver major projects successfullyAssisting with finance data cleansing to support monthly financial processesHandling general admin duties while managing calls and enquiries professionally

Essential Requirements:

Minimum of two years' experience in a PA or Project Coordinator/Manager roleProven project coordination or management experienceAdvanced skills in MS Office, including MS Planner and MS FormsAbility to confidently manage multiple platformsImmediate availability and within commuting distance to Romsey
