A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced ecommerce executive to become an integral member of a talented and busy internal digital agency team across a variety D2C brands across professional sports, social influencer, health & lifestyle and homewares. They are looking for an exceptional Digital Marketer who is self-starting, well organised, client focused and creative.

Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, you will be working within the marketing team to drive revenue and conversion across all sites/stores they operate, and maximising the value and experience for their clients.

This opportunity will suit you if you have a good knowledge of working on campaign strategies and can think on your feet to execute them, involving the full spectrum of digital marketing disciplines, but working mainly with eCRM, CRO, Paid and Organic search, Digital PR and social media.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Day to day hands on involvement with their own and partner eCommerce stores, across a variety of platforms.
  • Getting into the detail on a variety of web based eCommerce tools, across various projects, including eCRM, analytics, CRO and digital marketing.
  • Liaise directly with clients in a professional and personal way, making sure they feel supported and informed of project progress.
  • Reporting results back to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Support marketing campaigns and the development of brand assets. You will be expected to support creative and develop ideas based on your previous experiences and commercial awareness.
  • Understanding site metrics and data, monitoring KPIs and reporting, and delivering to targets and budgets.
  • Handling multiple clients, with many differing needs- excellent time keeping and resource management is a must.

Skills and experience required:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a digital marketing / eCommerce position is essential
  • Understanding of channel attribution and the ability to make tactical decisions in order to increase performance.
  • Worked in a commercial environment, ideally D2C eCommerce.
  • Experience with digital SAAS platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, will be required
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, organic and paid, integrations, best practices, and analytics
  • Strong analytical ability, using both GA4 and native tools
  • Driven, ambitious and passionate about everything digital - Always up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies.
