Our client is a small but long-established Architectural firm, who has designed and built, a range of residential/mixed use projects and urban spaces, they are an excellent employer with opportunities to progress to Associate Director level, 3 locations around the UK, and are actively growing their business.

As a senior architectural technician, you will assist with the delegation of projects to technicians and oversee timescales & quality control while liaising with clients and external parties. The opportunity is there to develop and gain wider experience and knowledge, progressing within the technical team.

The Role:

• Primary responsibility will involve translating the design concepts created by architects into detailed technical drawings and specifications that can be used for construction.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure designs meet technical and regulatory standards.
• Produce comprehensive construction documentation, including detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Oversee the technical aspects of projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Present technical information and provide clarification to clients when necessary.
• Hours of work are Monday to Friday (Apply online only) - opportunity for Hybrid working.

The Person:

• Architectural Technician, Architectural Technologist or Architectural Assistant
• Proficiency in CAD (Revit cross training provided)
• Knowledge of M4 (CAT 2 &3)
