Hours:Week 1 Monday to Friday 06:00 to 15:30pm

Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 06:00am to 15:30pm

Job Type :Permanent, Full Time

Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Previous experience leading or managing a team.
  • Ability to bring a team together with open communication, teamwork and a positive work culture.
  • Have completed an Engineering Apprenticeship or qualifications at level 3 or equivalent.
  • Previous experience withing the agricultural or food industry would be beneficial.

Duties will Include:

  • Overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of engineering projects.
  • Implementing and maintaining engineering best practices and processes across site.
  • Planning maintenance and reactive repairs, along with continually looking for improvements for future processes.
  • Managing, motivating and mentoring a team of Engineers.
  • Improving equipment reliability, stamping out recurring faults.
  • Responsibility for equipment servicing and maintenance with external service providers.
  • Supporting the back up call out rota.
