We are seeking an Office Administrator to join a family-run automotive business. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team, providing essential administrative support in a dynamic environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Perform daily office tasks to support the director and the accounts team, ensuring smooth operations within the office.
- Research and look up information online to identify and verify part details necessary for business operations.
- Photograph parts meticulously and upload them to the sales application, complete with accurate and detailed descriptions.
- Handle enquiries efficiently, including responding to emails and other forms of communication, ensuring excellent customer service and prompt replies.
