Hours: Monday to Friday (Full Time)

Salary: Up to £30k per annum

Duration: 9-12 months

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as necessary.
  • Organise and schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, PA, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
