Supervising Social Worker - Therapeutic fostering agency
salary: £39,727per annum
NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the Hampshire area in order to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.
They are a therapeutic fostering agency and they provide ongoing therapeutic training - you will work alongside the clinical practitioners which will allow you to develop your skills within therapeutic fostering.
Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will provide support and supervision to about 10 foster families located in Hampshire.
You will be joining an Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating, so you will be part of a very nice working environment.
The team and the manager are very supportive and friendly.

- very good annual leave - 28 days + bank holidays + birthday off. The annual leave will increase after 3 full years of service by 1 day - up until a max of 12 years. You will also get an additional day off if there is no sickness in a 6 month period.

Requirements:Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or in a Looked After Children Team. You must have a Social Work Degree also and a driving license.
