Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to support our client’s operations as they expand into the UK market. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth transition and efficient management of the supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning Shipments: Coordinate and plan shipments from the manufacturing site in Chile.
- Import/Customs Queries: Handle any import and customs-related queries to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels and manage inventory to meet operational needs.
- Order Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales team to project orders and forecast future shipments.
- Warehouse Management: Supervise the warehouse operations, working closely with the team to ensure efficiency and smooth running.
Experience & Required Skills:
- SAP Knowledge: Proficient in using SAP for supply chain management.
- Warehouse Management: Experience in managing warehouse operations.
- Team Management: Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Independent Work: Capable of working independently and making informed decisions.
- Startup Experience: Experience in starting up new businesses or sites is highly desirable.
