The role will involve carrying out a wide range of tasks in domestic properties, ranging from minor plumbing and heating repairs, bathroom installations (plumbing only) landlord gas safety certificates to boiler and heating system installations, and repairs.
Responsibilities:
To undertake plumbing and heating work including but not limited to:
- Boiler installation, service and repair
- Unvented cylinder installation, service and repair
- Air source heat pumps and renewables (not essential)
- Landlord/Homeowner certificates
- Plumbing in new builds/extensions
- Bathroom/wet-room installation (plumbing only)
- General plumbing & gas work
Successful candidate must:
- Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating
- ACS Gas Safe certification, CCN1 and core elements
- Full UK driving licence
- Be customer focused and have excellent communication skills
- Provide own tools
- Be willing to work in approx a 20 mile radius of Romsey, Hampshire
Van, uniform and fuel card will be provided.
Permanent position on a subcontractor basis.
Pay negotiable for the rate candidate.

Initially they will be required to use their own vehicle so their own van is needed, but the right candidate will receive a company vehicle upon successful completion of a probationary period.
