ARE YOU READY:
- To provide a brighter, more sustainable future for children
- To be an astronaut navigating a rocket ship full of dinosaurs through out of space with Peppa Pig on your back?
- Able to read stories upside down, with at least 10 interruptions per page?
- To sing 5 times a day 'row row row the boat' in your shower-squeaky voice and have a crowd of little people around like you were Taylor Swift?
- To dance in the rain?
- To make mud pies or sandcastles and feel like Da Vinci as you created something with WOW effect for the children around you?
- To take children out and about, listening to their curiosities, their questions and the way they see the world
If you are ready, come and join our team and tell us your story of why the early years are the best years.
Our team is always growing, and we are looking for more lovely practitioners to become part of our lovely Lynwood team.
If you want to play a pivotal role in educating the next generation in an award winning, sustainable day nursery… join our family today!
The successful candidate will require:
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
- All successful candidate will be subject to safety checks, including a full-completed Application Form and a DBS Checks.
- Nose wiping skills are desirable. And so, is speaking in 4 different voices each day.
- This is a full-time position 4 to 5 days per week, unconditional contract and the fun and excitement of Lynwood comes as a bonus on top of all that. :-)
Our pay is above national minimum wage, as a sign that we do value our teachers and their excellent work very much, but we are aware that you won’t become the next Elon Musk by working in Early Years.
However, a hug from a toddler who just needs to have that hug to be able to smile again, or teaching a young child how to climb a tepee or build a den and succeeds, is something which has no price tag.
We are looking forward to hearing from you
