Key Responsibilities:
- Leading service, ensuring top quality of dished are being served
- Supporting the head chef in all aspects of kitchen management
- Bringing creativity to menus using fresh, seasonal produce
- Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients to create quality pub dishes
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- A passion for classic British pub food with a modern twist
- A passion for fresh, seasonal cooking and modern pub food
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
