Day-to-day of the role:
  • Determine demand, trigger orders, manage goods receipt, and monitor inventory.
  • Handle invoice management for purchased items and manage delivery dates.
  • Troubleshoot delivery problems and actively communicate with customers.
  • Create and manage reports for active customer communication.
  • Participate in the technical, conceptual, and operational control of the scheduling process.
  • Engage in the implementation of target processes and optimise existing logistics and disposition processes as necessary.
  • Define minimum stock quantities in coordination with internal colleagues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Essential experience with SAP implementation
  • Familiarity with SAP language and system architecture/data flows.
  • Exposure to change management 
  • Experience in data sheet/data management.
  • Ability to travel abroad for training.
