Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Secretary to join their reputable law firm. The ideal candidate will be service-focused and play a crucial role within a reputable Law Firm supporting staff within their Commercial Property team.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Manage the file opening process for the team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Act as the first point of contact for administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, proactively anticipating the team’s needs.
  • Assist with the preparation of all financial transactions as required.
  • Draft and format letters, documents, and forms with a high level of proficiency.
  • Prepare correspondence and documents through audio typing and word processing.
  • Manage the diaries of allocated fee earners, ensuring effective time management and scheduling.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience within a legal or professional services environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong administration experience.
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment.
  • Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Zoom, etc.
  • Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
