My client is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team and support the smooth operation of their HR functions. In this role, you will:

  • Manage and maintain our HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Oversee the onboarding, probation, and offboarding processes.
  • Provide support and advice to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment agencies to source and select qualified candidates.
  • Manage and maintain our recruitment system, reviewing applications and resumes.
  • Assist with payroll data preparation and employee relations matters.
  • Contribute to our company's wellbeing initiatives and engagement framework.
  • Provide first-level support on our HRIS and participate in system improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and analysis.
  • Embrace flexible working hours to meet deadlines.
  • Undertake other tasks as required by management.

* Travel to other UK locations may be required on occasion.We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience as a HR Officer, HR Advisor or HR Generalist in multi site operations is advantageous
  • A proven track record of strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation to identify and address process improvements.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
