My client is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team and support the smooth operation of their HR functions. In this role, you will:
- Manage and maintain our HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Oversee the onboarding, probation, and offboarding processes.
- Provide support and advice to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies to source and select qualified candidates.
- Manage and maintain our recruitment system, reviewing applications and resumes.
- Assist with payroll data preparation and employee relations matters.
- Contribute to our company's wellbeing initiatives and engagement framework.
- Provide first-level support on our HRIS and participate in system improvement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and analysis.
- Embrace flexible working hours to meet deadlines.
- Undertake other tasks as required by management.
* Travel to other UK locations may be required on occasion.We are looking for someone with:
- Experience as a HR Officer, HR Advisor or HR Generalist in multi site operations is advantageous
- A proven track record of strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivation to identify and address process improvements.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
Package:
- Salary: upto £33,000
