As a Commercial Property Senior Associate, you will be working on a diverse caseload involving high-value and complex commercial property transactions, with the chance to shape long-term client relationships and contribute to the wider success of the firm.

This is what you will be doing:

Your duties and responsibilities as a Commercial Property Senior Associate will include:-

  • Managing a caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord and tenant issues.
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, leases, and related legal documents.
  • Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice to a wide range of clients.
  • Ensuring all transactions are compliant with current legislation and best practice.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the commercial and real estate teams.

The experience you will bring to the team:

You will bring the following experience to the Commercial Property team:-

  • A minimum of 7 years' PQE in Commercial Property Law, or substantial equivalent experience as a legal executive or senior paralegal.
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to manage transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently while supporting and mentoring junior team members.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to delivering a high standard of service.
