Private Client Legal Assistant

An exceptional role has become available for a dedicated Private Client Assistant to become part of a highly esteemed Private Client Team located in the picturesque town of Ross-on-Wye. This team is known for managing a dynamic caseload, working collaboratively to deliver a client-focused and efficient service.

Role Responsibilities:- Performing secretarial duties, including taking calls, typing letters, and preparing attendance notes.- Managing tasks related to Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney, with comprehensive training available if required.- Raising bills and managing the billing process efficiently.- Onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
