Project Engineer (CAPEX / Operational Projects) 

Ross on Wye 

£45,000 to £48,000 + 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension (5%) + Westbury Health + Access Cycle Scheme 

40 Hours per Week - Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30 

Project Engineer required for a highly successful market leading manufacturer with a global reputation. Over the last 25 years the company has gone from strength to strength gaining market share. 

This role would suit a mechanically or electrically biased engineer with previous CAPEX / operational project experience. You will have experience working in a manufacturing environment and will hold a relevant engineering qualification. 

Reporting to the company’s Project Manager based in Ireland, the successful Project Engineer will be responsible for managing site projects at the company’s Ross on Wye site, from detailed design through to completion. You will manage budgets to ensure projects are delivered within this and on time. 


The Project Engineer Role:

· Responsible for managing Ross on Wye site projects

· Working on CAPEX and Operational Projects – all elements of continuous improvements, equipment, machinery, growth, building facilities etc.

· Management of contractors

· Working with OEM’s/Suppliers for best return on investment

• Lead projects from detailed design to successful CAR approval stage

· May require travel to other company sites 


The Successful Project Engineer:

· You will be either electrically or mechanically biased and hold a relevant qualification

· You will have experience or exposure to manufacturing

· You will be able to work cross functionally and coordinate effectively with other teams and sites.
